Having a beautiful skin boosts self-confidence, and when such  feeling occurs it make you comfortable with who and what you  look like, that my friend is what I call a fruitful living. Learn how to achieve a healthy and beautiful skin through this tips.

 Do not scrub your skin harshly; unlike your pots and pans “your skin needn’t be scrubbed or squeaky to be clean,” says Jeannette Graf, MD, assistant professor of dermatology at New York University Medical Center. Mild gels and soap, could rid your skin from oil and dirt; be sure to go gentle on your skin.

Avoid smoking: studies shows that smoking causes premature wrinkles and dry skin, it is also bad for your health. Remember! achieving a flawless skin, implies you have to stick to a healthy lifestyle. So ditch the cigarettes and have no regrets!

Be sure you take in a lot of water; this has been known to flush away toxins from the body, leaving you with a youthful appearance. It is important you take a glass of water in the morning to help with easy digestion and stick it to your daily ritual. Water helps you achieve a certain glow to your skin.

Avoid excessive sun: chronic exposure to the sun, causes wrinkles, mottled skin, fine lines and uneven skin tone. Make sure you don’t in the sun for too long, and don’t forget to apply sunscreen, which helps protect your skin from the harsh weather.

Moisturize; this is one of the simplest ways in ensuring you don’t have an itchy or dry skin, it is key you know the type of moisturizers that works for you. Moisturizing add a certain glow to your skin and aids elasticity, this helps avoid stretch marks and rough skin.
