Peoples Demoratic party (PDP) candidate contesting senatorial seat into the National Assembly in the 2019 general elections, Chief Bayo Lawal has assured the people of the nine local governments in the Oyo South senatorial districts of a better living standard if voted into office in the next political dispensation. He gave the assurance at a forum in ibadan recently.
According to him, true representation in the good interest of the people would improve the living standard of the people adding that his administration would bring the desired development into the areas if voted into office.

Speaking on the activities of the Senate in the ongoing dispensation, Chief Lawal said the red chamber is performing well, saying they also need to work hard to touch other areas of national interest for national development to be achieved.
According to him, they have powers to make laws that would bring development to the people and the country adding that they should intensify more efforts at impacting positively to the people and Nigeria as a whole.
He noted that executive interference most time hinder them from improving in their legislative business.
Chief Lawal while calling on the people to vote PDP both at the national, state and senatorial levels in Oyo state into power in the 2019 elections assured them of new lease of life when the party finally take over in 2019.
He also urged the federal government to conduct a free, fair and credibble election in the 2019 polls such that would brince Peace and promote national development for the country.
