He pointed out that there are over 20 million Polytechnic students across the federation, adding that 36 out of the 100 Polytechnics in Nigeria has already subscribed to the housing scheme.

He noted that Nigerian Polytechnic Students Housing Investment Scheme was born out of the passion to secure the future of the Polytechnic Students in Nigeria by investing in real estate business, knowing fully well that it is one of the sure contributors to the economy of the country.

“The Leadership of NAPS in partnership with Domak Group Limited come up with a better idea for the entire Polytechnic students in Nigeria that will give every Students access to land property in the State of choice across the 36 States and FCT.”

“In the pursuit for a better opportunity for the Polytechnic students, the leadership of NAPS comes up with the idea of the housing scheme which will allow students to invest in real estate by buying a plot of land  with their daily, weekly or monthly contributions.”

“We negotiated with Domark Group Limited to give opportunity to  students to have a land property by allowing soft payment  such as  daily contribution of N350, N2,45 weekly and N9,800 monthly

He pointed out that considering the financial muscle of the students, Domark Group Limited had acquired thousands of heaters of lands for the students, adding that the Housing Investment Scheme is first of its kind in Sub Sahara Africa, in Nigeria and in the Students Movement.

He maintained that the project is aimed at curbing social vices among students and to correct impression of how their future will look like after graduation, saying that student can secure their future while they are still in school.

“Every arrangement has been sealed, the site has been inspected and the mode of payment and registration is online, at the first subscription, you are entitled to an Allocation Certificate and at the completion of the subscription within two years, you will be giving all your land documents.”
