Spooning is an act involving a couple laying close to eachother in such a way to fit together like spoons, as the name implies.

Physical affection may be the most powerful of all love languages and since spooning provides full-body contact between you and your partner, it’s the perfect way to boost your connection … and your health.

Couples should spoon a lot more often, recent studies show that nearly a quarter of Nigerians continue to sleep apart. If you have one goal this week, make it to spend a lot more time in bed with your partner, cuddling!
