Rotimi, the Nigerian soccer star brother of Emmanuel Adebayor, who the Togolese player accused of several theft cases, including 21 phones from a football academy, has apologised.
Tottenham striker Adebayor in a series of Facebook posts has been revealing some messy details about the relationship between him and his family.
During one of his revelations on Facebook on how his family has been allegedly ungrateful to him, the former Arsenal striker alleged that his brother stole 21 phones from a football academy in France and several of his other belongings.
In an interview with BBC, Rotimi said he was ‘on his knees’ asking for the family to be together again.
“I’m so sorry for everything that I’ve done wrong… I want to beg for forgiveness, please forgive me.
“I want him [Emmanuel Adebayor] to try and be with us again. To sit like a family, do things together. I pray to God for that moment to come soon”.
