APC Female Guber Aspirant Congratulates Bello, Onoja

A Chieftain of All Progressive Congress (APC) and Gubernatorial aspirant, Blessing Aisha has congratulated Governor Yahaya Bello and his deputy, Chief Edward Onoja on the resounding victory at just concluded governorship election.

She explained that the emergence of Governor Bello as the winner of the just concluded election in the state is divined, and beyond mortals.

The APC woman leader that worked assiduously to deliver her Igah Ward of Olamaboro local government of the state to her party in the election, said the victory at the guber polls is well deserved.

While addressing journalists at a press conference in Lokoja, shortly after Independent National  Electoral Commission (INEC) gave  the governor and his deputy their certificate of return as winner of the November 16 governorship election  in the state, the APC stalwart commended the doggedness of  the governor-elect and his indefatigable deputy that made the party to shine at the polls.

“I must be sincere with you, governor Bello and his deputy deserve that victory. They prayed, worked for it, fixed all the weak links before the election. And God answered their prayers by giving them victory at the polls. In fact, it’s a victory well deserved”, she expressed.

She said that Providence has destined the governor and his deputy to be in charge of the affairs of the state this period,  urging the people of the state to embrace the divined journey for a better Kogi tomorrow.

Ekele who added that  for a society to be said to be growing, is the emergence of new leadership and new innovation in act of governance, not the  recycling of  same old people and ideal, stressed that with the coming on the state  political space of  Governor Bello, new things and idea has appeared on the scene, which in due course,  its dividend will be felt by all.

“This is not the period to trade words or apportion blames. But a time to join hands with the governor-elect and his deputy to ensure Kogi join the committee of great states.

“For we have been endowed with human and natural or material resources that can make this state great if harnessed.

“We should, therefore, see the second coming of governor  Bello as a blessing, since our endowed resources and all initiated or uncompleted projects will be completed to the betterment of the people”, she stressed.

The APC stalwart commended her supporters, especially  the people of Olamaboro local government for standing by her and their own son , Chief Edward Onoja ,the deputy governor (elect) by voting en-masse for the party during the just concluded Governorship election, stressing, “this feet wouldn’t have been achieved without the cooperation of you all at the home fronts”.

She added that the region will not regret supporting APC, saying,  for the first time in the anal of the political history of the state, the region has joined the mainstream politics  in the confluence area, by the  coming on board  of chief Edward Onoja, and whose chemistry of political  idea works with Governor Bello adequately .
