Arsenal have signed Chelsea centre-back David Luiz in a deal worth £8million.
The 32-year-old will wear the number 23 shirt.
“David has huge experience and I look forward to working with him again,” said Arsenal boss Unai Emery. “He is a well known player and adds to our defensive strength,” he said.
