The Code of Conduct Bureau has said the rate of compliance with assets declaration by elected and public servants has greatly increased under President Muhammadu Buhari.
In a statement on Wednesday, the CCB, however, urged those who are yet to declare their assets to do so quickly.
The statement, signed by the Head of Press and Protocol Unit, Mohammed Idris, said: “The Bureau will like to use this medium to appeal to those who are yet to declare their Assets to visit the Asokoro Head office of No 23, Halle Salasi Street Asokoro, Abuja to collect, fill and submit same to the office.”
It said the assets declaration of President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Senate President Abubakar Bukola Saraki and other top government functionaries have been verified.
The statement by Idris added: “It could be observed that since the inception of the present administration under President Muhammadu Buhari, the rate of compliance by public officials in responding to assets declaration has greatly increased.”
