BRAZIL 2014: GHANA, GERMANY BATTLE TO DRAW

Miroslav Klose became the joint record scorer at World Cups after his 15th finals goal rescued Germany a point in a thriller against Ghana.

Mario Gotze headed Joachim Low’s side into the lead from close range before two goals in nine minutes turned the game in Fortaleza upside down, reports the BBC.

Andre Ayew nodded the equaliser from 10 yards and then Asamoah Gyan’s composed finish put the Africans ahead.

But substitute Klose stabbed home the equaliser two minutes after coming on.
