A Federal High Court sitting in Jabi, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja has granted an order of interim injunction restraining the All Progressives Congress Chairman Adams Oshiomhole from parading himself as chairman of the party.
The order granted Wednesday afternoon is pending the determination of the case before the court.
Some APC governors have been up in arms against Oshiomhole, alleging that he has been high handed and dictatorial in managing the affairs of the party.
They alleged that this incompetence and negligence has been responsible for the loss of some states to the opposition Peoples Democratic Party.
This is also not helped by the growing altercation between Oshiomhole and his Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki.
