The former National Women Leader of All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr Hajia Rahamatu Tijani Aliyu has called on the electorate in Lokoja to vote en-mass for reelection of President Muhammadu Buhari for second term.
Hajia Tijani Aliyu made this call at while speaking to the people during a campaign rally across the 5 wards in Lokoja, Kogi State capital, said that President Buhari has done well and deserved to be reelected to continue the good work he has been doing.
The ex-APC Women leader explained that the President has redeemed the image of the Country in the comity of nations, adding he has attracted foreign investors into the country.
She pointed out that four years is not enough to repair what had been destroyed by the past administration in the past 16 years, urging them to vote again for the president on 16th February, 2019.
She also noted that APC administration in the last 3 and half years has restored hope to Nigerians, stressing that in the area of agriculture, many are laughing to their banks and reduced importation of rice to barest minimum.
Hajia Rahamatu Tijani Aliyu said that the APC lead administration has been revamping the nation’s economy, completing most of the abandoned projects by the PDP government across the country.
She posited that APC government has continued to impact positively on women and youths through various social intervention programmes such as N-power, Trader-moni and host of others.
She therefore appealed to women and youths to vote for President Buhari for second term, admonishing the youths not to allow politicians to use them as political thugs.
