A building has collapsed at Elegbata Street, Olowogbowo Area, Apongbon in Lagos state.
The Chief Press Secretary to Lagos State Governor, Gboyega Akosile in a tweet on Sunday said, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency responded to the incident to discover that it was a failed attempt at a controlled destruction by the property owners.
He added that an adult male suffered injuries and had been transported to hospital.
