Amidst the widespread of Coronavirus, Oluwo of Iwoland, HIM Oba (Dr.) Abdulrosheed Akanbi, Telu I, has expressed that hunger will not befall less privileged in Iwo, Osun state.
Of responsible father whose office is opened and always ready to serve, Oluwo of Iwoland said he has committed his resources to his subjects and starve himself to decimate hardship of the populace.
According to Oluwo Of Iwoland, “This simple but unusual character is best described as a responsible father of which putting smiles on my subject’s faces is the primary responsibility of every father.
“Starving myself to constipate less privilege is one of my cardinal programs, visiting the old poor under their respective roof to distribute food and share money is my regular assignment I have sacrifice himself for others to survive.
“Manifesting the service quality again, these items are ready for distribution courtesy of my office as the Oluwo of Iwoland, HIM Oba (Dr.) Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, as part of my relief packages, to decimate the feeding and financial hardship invited by Covid-19 lockdown protocol.
“While I continue supporting the government on respect of the precautionary measures and lockdown regulations, I equally provide foodstuff to ensure people obey and reduce the hardship accompanying the rules.”
