Dapo Abiodun A Moving Train in Ogun- Yewa Youths Pacesetters

The President, Yewa Youths Pacesetters (YYP) has commended the Governor of Ogun State Prince Dr Dapo Abiodun for the wide road construction ongoing in all the senatorial district.

Dapo Fashola, President Yewa Youths Pacesetters (YYP) stated this during telephone conversation with our correspondent in Abeokuta today.

Fashola said, when a masquerade is dancing well, the owner will be very happy. The events in the past few weeks have shown that we are gradually moving forward in Ogun State. We are not where we wish to be yet but thank God, we are not where we used to be.

Road constructions state-wide has continued, work is ongoing at Kuto bridge, Abeokuta; Imowo-Ibadan road, Ijebu Ode; Agosasa-Oke Afa road, Ipokia and other parts of Ogun State. Responses from the people shows happiness as they can’t wait for the roads to be completed and other construction works started.

The Governor, in his magnanimity, has given rooms for the disengaged Npower beneficiaries to become entrepreneurs in the Agric sector by tapping into opportunities from the State’s different agricultural schemes notably among is the Anchors Borrowers Program whereby interested youths will be trained and financed in their program of choice.

The Governor just recently approved the appointment of Chairman, Members of Boards / Commission of Government Agencies and Senior Special Assistants. This will bring progress quickly to the state government businesses.

The flag off of harvesting of 2020 wet season rice planted by the Ogun state government supported youths farmers group at Sowunmi Village, Mokoloki, Obafemi Owode Local Government is also worthy of commendation.

These recent activities of His Excellency has earned him a place in the list of 5 Most Performing Governors by Ripples Nigeria, amongst the likes of Seyi Makinde of Oyo, Zulum of Borno, Sanwo-Olu of Lagos, etc.
