Intense anxiety over the health situation of music legend, Ebenezer Obey-Fabiyi, has been laid to rest.
The family of the singer has debunked claims that the jùjú musician is dead.
WESTERN POST gathered that the music legend, nicknamed Chief Commander, is hale and hearty contrary to claims making the rounds on social media that he had died.
Speaking with the online newspaper on Saturday, Lanre Obey-Fabiyi, dismissed the rumour on the alleged death of his father, urging Nigerians to disregard such.
“Our father, Commander Ebenezer Fabiyi-Obey, is okay. He is not dead. Please disregard the rumour,” he said.
Also, Bimbo Osho also said, “Baba is hale and hearty. I just spoke with the Juju music icon minutes ago.
“Let us keep praying for the good health of our dearly beloved music icon so that he will soon be back on stage to thrill us with good Miliki Juju music.”
