President Muhmmadu Buhari has fired the service chiefs and appointed new persons to replace them.
Presidential spokesman, Mr. Femi Adesina broke the news on Tuesday afternoon.
The new service chiefs are Leo Irabor, a major-general of the Nigerian army; I Attahiru, chief of army staff; A Z Gambo, chief of naval staff; and I O Alao, chief of air staff.
He wished the former service chiefs all the best in their endeavour.
