The program is designed to change the life experience of the young girls which usually takes place in the month of August for the training of girls on skills acquisitions that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.

She proceeded with the speech by giving words of encouragement to the girls participating in the BEMORE summer BOOTCAMP,to be more serious with the program which they will find useful in the nearest future.
According to her,    “for two years we have trained 750 girls, 750 girls that will change the narrative of the child; that will bring to the balance to the gender world; that will ensure that no girl is looked down on again because girls do amazing things”.
She said further that  she has come to  here today to welcome another 250 girls who will join their compatriots already on the field, fighting for the course of women, showing to the world that women can be more useful than what the society says they are.
She said, “Women will stand for themselves;the girls will stand for themselves and they will not be taking for fools when they are already playing a vital role in nation building”
Akeredolu also said she does not want the girls to put their dependence on any man but to walk shoulder to shoulder and hand in hand with any man that  comes their way to achieve a prosperous society for all. Arabirin said the duty is not for men alone but for both gender to create a society that is free of violence; that is free from atrocities; that is free of all forms of intimidation and harassment.
” a society that must grow, a society that must be sustained is a society that does not discriminate by any means especially by gender” she said
While responding the Olowa of Igbara-Oke, HRM, Oba (Dr.) Francis Adefarakanmi Agbede-grace Ilufemiloye thanked Mrs Akeredolu for a good job done  and encouraged  the participants to make use of whatever they will be taught in the camp when they will be done with the summer bootcamp.
