Kwara State Governor, Dr Abdulfatah Ahmed has commiserated with Channels Communications over the death of its correspondent at the State House, Abuja, Mr. Chukwu Onuekwusi.
The Governor who described Chuks, as the late journalist was commonly addressed, as vibrant and resourceful, said he would be remembered for his incisive and professional reportage.
According to the Governor, “Chuks kept his head above waters even in the arena of prevalence sensationalism of political reports and comments.”
Governor Ahmed prayed for the peaceful repose of his soul, and for God to give his family the fortitude to bear the irreparable lost. He sympathized with the establishment for the lost of a competent and dependable hand.
