Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde has assured the people of the state of 13th month salary on December 26, a day after the Christmas celebration.
The governor gave the assurance at the state Secretariat during his thank you speech at a party organised to celebrate his victory at the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court had on Wednesday ruled in favour of Engr. Makinde as the duly elected governor of the state.
Meanwhile, the governor and members of his cabinet on Thursday embarked on a thank you tour in some part of Ibadan to appreciate the people for their support.
“I can tell you that all is well, its just a matter of time, I urge you to further support our government.”
“We have paid the first salary of December 2019, and I want to assure you that by 26 of this month, you will get your 13th month salary. I wish you all a blissful celebration, hr added”
