I Will Sponsor People’s Oriented Bills If – Hon. Oludotun

Honourable Taiwo Oludotun, (Twinny), a frontline politician, astute engineer and House of Assembly Candidate for All Progressives Congress (APC), in Abeokuta North Constituency, has assured of purposeful representation in the State House of Assembly if given the electoral mandate to represent their collective.

Oludotun who gave the assurance while speaking with journalists, promised to attract quality and people-oriented projects to his constituency, in order to enhance the socio-economic and political life of the people in the constituency.

He disclosed that the collective interest and well-being of the people in the area would form the nucleus of his representation, noting that he would never betray the confidence reposed in him by the electorate if given the opportunity to serve them.

Oludotun said his quest to represent his people was motivated by the desire to ensure that his, “Constituency is reckoned with in the affairs through sponsoring of bills that will have direct impact on the development of the constituency.”

He promised to engage in robust legislative activities on issues and matters of agriculture, health, education among others, which are people-oriented programmes that add value to the ordinary people in the society.

He added that he would also attract the establishment of agro-allied industries to engage the unemployed youths in the state and champion the vanguard of empowering women to embrace the need for proper and comprehensive education of children, while not leaving out the physically challenged in the society.

He emphasized to bring into the forefront good legislation that would enhance good governance and advance development of his constituency, noting that his constituency projects would be in tandem with what the people want and not what he wishes.

He said that there would be a regular town hall meetings with members of his constituency for their inputs into whatever they are doing at the House of Assembly,  noted that by so doing, there would be much deliberate efforts to empower the youths, aged, women, artisans, market traders and many more.

“There will be vocational training and skills acquisition programmes, we have an ambition that is centered on people, giving hope, making life enjoyable for all and that is why our people in Abeokuta North Constituency must rally round and support us in our determined bid to serve the people,” Hon. Oludotun said.
