A Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governorship aspirant, Engineer Musa Wada has promised to emancipate the traumatized and oppressed people of the state.
While addressing Journalists yesterday at the PDP secretariat in Lokoja, Engineer Musa Wada said that his aspiration for the governorship is quite distinct from that of his elder brother Captain Idris Wada, the immediate past governor of the state.
According to Wada, his emancipation project started two years ago following what he alleged “total system destruction”of the state by those that accidentally found themselves in the corridors of power.

“Mismagemement of the Youth and their potentials is a matter of serious concern, while the human and natural resources have been neglected “. Wada lamented.
He promised that the misguided youth will be rehabilitated and engaged in gainful works that will guarantee their potentials and wealth.
The aspirant who expressed satisfaction with the reformed PDP in the state. promised that with the commitment of the fresh executives the party will bounce back to power.
Wada also said that though Kogi is a failed state, he is prepared for the job without any fear or compromise.
“Kogi is in an emergency ward and needs a qualified physician to resuscitate it. I am ready for the job”, the aspirant stated.
While advising Delegates to the November 9 primary election to be guided by quality, competence and zeal to deliver,Wada warned that any mistake in the choice of candidate for the governorship election could lead to political catastrophe
The governorship hopeful who also claimed to be a grass rooter and homeboy ,boasted that he is the best among the PDP aspirants .
He lambasted the APC led administration in Kogi state led by Alhaji Yahaya Bello, describing it as inhuman , mercy less who deliberately denied workers and pensioners their entitlements at when due.
