Kwara Speaker Charges Kwara North Stakeholders on State Revival

The Speaker, Kwara State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Salihu Danladi has called on stakeholders from Kwara North Senatorial District to intensify efforts towards reviving the State, particularly Kwara North owing largely to its developmental peculiarity.

Danladi said this while addressing political appointees under Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq-led Kwara state government, who paid him a courtesy visit in his office, earlier today.

He said, “I appreciate your visit and initiative to unite to forge a common developmental course, I am confident you are well acquainted with the developmental challenges in Kwara state and Kwara North in particular. I urge you to intensify efforts towards revival of our dear State.”

Speaking on behalf of the Kwara North stakeholders in Governor Abdulrazak Abdulrahman’s led government, Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Mamman Sabba Jibril said the convergence is to fashion out concrete ways to synergize and make meaningful contributions in uplifting the policies of the present government.

He promised they will continue to do their best towards uplifting Kwara state and this administration.

Ina his reaction, Hon (Dr) Lafia Aliyu Kora Sabi who is the brain behind the gathering appreciates the Speaker, the SSG and all his colleagues for their continuous support in making the present government serve the people better and challenge them all to do more in delivering sustainable development to Kwarans, noting much have been given to them by Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq and that must be justified.
