Six bodies of school children missing on Wednesday in the Ojo, Lagos boat mishap have been recovered.
Three of the bodies were recovered late Wednesday night and another three bodies including that of a child were recovered Thursday morning, according to Spokesman of the National Emergency Management Agency in the South-west, Mr. Ibrahim Farinloye.
The boat tragedy had occurred at 8 am on Wednesday as 14 school children were being ferried across a jetty in Ojo to their school.
A speedboat had collided with the boat the children were travelling in leading to the mishap.
Eight of the children were rescued alive while the remaining were declared missing.
