Ethiopia’s runner, Ulfata Deresa, has won the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon.

He finished the 42-kilometre-long race first, becoming the winner of the marathon’s 7th edition in the male category.

While presenting the prizes to the winners, Sanwo-Olu encouraged participants from Nigeria to brace themselves for first prizes in next year’s edition.
