Ondo State Governor Olusegun Mimiko has announced a minor cabinet reshuffle. Announcing this after the state Executive Council Meeting, the Commissioner for Information, Mr. Kayode Akinmade, said Barrister Remi Olatubora has been appointed as the state’s Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice.
He replaced Mr Eyitayo Jegede (SAN) who resigned his appointment to pursue his governorship ambition.
Until now, Barrister Olatubora was the Commissioner for Adult, Technical and vocational education.
Akinmade also said Mr Tunde Atere, hitherto Commissioner for Mineral Resources is to oversee the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
This also followed the resignation of Mr. Bamiduro Dada.
The Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Chief Ayo Abiola, is to oversee the Ministry of Environment following the resignation of Barrister Sola Ebiseni.
