The Ogun State Commissioner for Commerce and Industry Otunba Bimbo Ashiru has resigned from Amosun’s cabinet.
WESTERNPOST gathered that the Ashiru’s resignation was in order and constitutionally right for him to focus and concentrate on his governorship ambition under the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Also gathered that Otunba Ashiru had dared his former boss, Senator Ibikunle Amosun by obtaining the governorship
expression of intention form at the party National secretariat in Abuja.
It was gathered that the former Commissioner had submitted a resignation letter to the
Secretary to the State Government, Barr Taiwo Adeoluwa on Monday morning.
Ashiru in the resignation letter he personally signed which was obtained by said, it became imperative to resign so as to focus on the yearning by the people to lead them in the state.
