Ondo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has felicitated with the State Chairman of Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC), Hon. Charles Fagbohunka, on his electoral victory.
Fagbohunka, who is equally the State Organising Secretary of the APC, was overwhelmingly elected for the second term in a process supervised by the National Secretary of Alliance Peoples Movement, Hon. Oladele Oyadeyi, representative of the Deputy National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mrs. Chinwe Nnorom, and officers of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Akure.
A statement made available to Western Post by the publicity secretary of the party, Alex Kalejaye, said that the Chairman of the State chapter, Engr. Ade Adetimehin described the re-election of Fagbohunka as an endorsement of his leadership qualities, describing him as a worthy ambassador of the ruling party.
He urged the elected team to provide expected leadership to the council, to justify the confidence reposes in them.
Adetimehin further described IPAC as a laudable vehicle put in place to promote harmonious relations among political parties”, and appeals to the new leadership to political parties exhibit a high sense of responsibility.
