Osinbajo, Bello Pour Encomium As Senator Adeyemi Buries Wife in Kogi

The Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo has commiserated the Senator Smart Adeyemi and family over the sudden death of his wife, Mrs Hellen Yemisi Adeyemi, describing it as great loss to the nation.

Professor Osibajo who was speaking at the Diocese of Ijumu Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion)  Cathedral Church of St.Paul, Iyara, Ijumu Local governments area of Kogi State., stated that death is necessary end for all mortals.

He described the death of Mrs Hellen Yemisi Adeyemi as a great loss to the family , Kogi State and Nigeria in general.

The Vice President explained that death is not a threat those who are born again because they always prepared for days like this, stating that  death is lesson to all of us.

“Our Sister today has already seated and enjoy eternal rest with the Lord,” he said.

Professor Osinbajo stated that late Mes Adeyemi was touching lives while around, calling on Christians to always prepare .

Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello  stated that precious one that God brought to this world has come, saw and conquered, saying what everyone do will follow you to the eternally heaven.

Let us come together, let us work together and support the government of the day.

“Our sister who returned to the Lord touches lives while alive and this had made her precious one”.

He called on the people of the state to support the reelection of  President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019.

“All of us will die one day, but we know when, Where and how .let us eschewed bitterness,” the Governor said.

In his homely, the officiating pastor Reverend Paul Ojo described late Mrs Yemisi Adeyemi as Precious one.

Ojo explained that every Living souls shall taste death.

He prayed God to comfort the Family of Senator Adeyemi and all children of the deceased wife.

Meanwhile the remain of Late Mrs Yemisi Adeyemi was buried in  her husband compound in Iyara, Ijumu Local government area of Kogi State.

She died after brief illness.

She is survived by her husband and four children.
