Addressing journalists at the programme, Hon Fadeyi,  the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) legislator in the state Assembly said the motive behind his action was his desire to extend some gestures to the people as a result of the hardship caused by the total  Lockdown necessitated by the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic in the country.
