“Road users  especially the commercial transport operators rarely observe traffic rules thereby affecting residents, commuters and motorists in areas  like    Bodija-Oju-Irin and  University of Ibadan road,  Apata -NNPC axis,  Amuloko-Akanran in Ona Ara Local and many other areas, adding that there is the  need to address this issue headlong in order to find a lasting solution to the menace”.

In his contribution, Hon. Dele Adeola,  commended   Hon. Mustapha on the motion, just as he  expressed  full support to the issue adding   that the problems generating  traffic congestions can not be undermined.

He urged the  Federal and State Government,Traffic Agencies, including  Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Oyo State Traffic Management Authority  (OYSTMA), and the  Police for necessary actions in combating the problems.
