President Muhammadu Buhari is to address the nation again tomorrow at 7pm, the third since the ravaging coronavirus pandemic began in Nigeria.
The president will speak on his decision in respect of the second phase of relaxation of COVID-19 lockdown.
It was learnt that the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 headed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr. Boss Mustapha, had on Sunday submitted an interim report on the first phase of the lockdown relaxation to the president.
It’s that report, detailing the compliance or otherwise of Nigerians with that phase, that will determine the president’s decision in respect of the next phase.
Some Nigerians are expecting a further easing of the lockdown so that their lives and businesses can gradually return to normal.
