The ongoing agitation to free Chief Sunday Adeyemo (Igboho) by the authorities of the Republic of Benin was taken to the doorstep of that country’s Appeal Court on Wednesday.
Scores of Yoruba Nation agitators were seen at the Palais De Justice, Cour D’Appel De Cotonou in Cotonou to give moral support to Chief Adeyemo.
The agitators sang Yoruba anthem, expressing solidarity and shouting “No going back on Yoruba Nation”, “Igboho Oosa is our hero”, “General Buhari is a dictator”, “We are tired of Buhari and his Fulani killers”.
Igboho was arrested on Monday night with his German wife, Ropo, at the Cotonou Airport on his way to Germany.
Some lawyers were also seen at the court premises.
Meanwhile, Yoruba Nation agitators have stormed Soka, Ibadan residence of Igboho to demand his immediate release.

“Please let’s all be at his house in Soka, Ibadan, before 12 o’clock today, thanks and God bless Yoruba nation now.”
