The Leader in charge, Ife/Iwo District of Cherubim and Seraphim Movement, Ibadan, Special Apostle Babatope Ayorinde has called for persistence revivals to address the challenges facing the christian body in the country today.
Speaking in an interview with Western Post News, the Clergy who described the decline in the fear of God in today’s church as very dangerous said it was high time christian leaders addressed the issue with persistent fire revival in order to save the church from failing the society.
The Special Apostle who observed that laziness and greed has eaten deep into the fabric of Christian Dom today said the development has led many into unholy and nefarious activities like rituals and others.
According to him, christian leaders need to follow the footsteps of Jesus Christ to lead the people back to God.
Special Apostle Ayorinde who became full member of C&S Movement in 1975 after his baptism said he first came to the church in Kaduna in 1973 an has been contributing meaningfully to the development of the church.
“All positions I have held since my emersion in August 1992 have given me great opportunity to serve God and humanity in great capacities, so I charge all christian leaders to to follow the foot steps of our Lord Jesus Christ to usher people to God.”

Special Apostle Ayorinde who said the leadership of Christians Association of Nigerian (CAN) has feared well enjoined stakeholders in the christian community to be steadfast and focused in order to ensure peace and unity reign supreme among christian and other religion as well as the nation as a whole.
He said quality leadership has been his watchword since his ordination as the Leader in Charge of Ife/Iwo District of the C&S Movement, Ibadan in May 2019.
The revered clergy urged members of the Movement and Christians all over the country to embrace the spirit of love and unity in order to move Christianity and the church to greater height.
