He adjourned the case till July 4, 2018.
At the resumed hearing of the case yesterday the lawyer in company of the sureties that stood for the bail of the accused person, had pleaded with the court that the whereabouts of the accused person is unknown to him and others.
The development which made the prosecutor to respond and openly told court that the lawyers is not telling the court truth of the matter and told the court that  accused person who is a hardened criminal had jumped bail.
The prosecutor, however, said the accused person had absconded over another crime in the town, the matter which he said is presently at the Yaba divisional  police station In Ondo town.
The development made the lawyer to rise up from the bench and to go straight to the prosecutor.
The move later resulted into confrontations and shout-out during which the duo engaged themselves in free for all.
The development threw the court room into a rowdy for some minutes as other spectators in the court rushed out of the court for safety.
Earlier in the court, two lawyers had engaged themselves in verbal words, which also threw the court into a rowdy scene, the move which made everybody present in the court including journalists to throng the place.
