The founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nation, Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua, has been buried at the church premises in Ikotun area of Lagos.
Late prophet TB Joshua died on the 5th of last month at the age of 57.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at the burial described the late Prophet as a man of God who touched the lives of the down trodden through his philanthropic works.
The governor, who was represented by the Commissioner for Home Affairs, Prince Anofiu Elegushi urged other religious leaders to emulate the legacies of the late Prophet’s of humanitarian service.
On his part, Ondo State Governor, Mr Rotimi Akeredolu who came with large government officials from the late Prophet’s state of origin, said the demise of the TB. Joshua was a great loss to Ondo and Lagos states, Nigeria and the global community.
Governor Akeredolu acknowledged and commended the late prophet for the scholarship given to Ondo State students and electrification projects of many communities in the state.
He urged the church and families of the late prophet to continue the good work for posterity sake.
Other dignitaries on the occasion included the wife of the Ooni of Ife, Olori Naomi Ogunwusi, traditional rulers, spiritual leaders and foreigners in their large numbers.
