Music giant company in West Africa, TRACE, has signed a six-month contract with a leading technology company, LG Electronics, to promote their new product XBoom.
Speaking at the press briefing on Tuesday at TRACE Office, GM Coverage and Video LG Electronics West Africa, Mr. Kenny Cho, said they decided to partner TRACE to promote XBoom because of the way the media has been transforming the digital world and that TRACE has been doing an excellent job.
Mr. Kenny Cho said: “We want to collaborate with TRACE in other to improve our sound quality. We are collaborating with TRACE because of the way the media is transforming the digital world and TRACE is also transforming, doing the job better for us.
“LG Electronics will try to produce the best quality product for Nigerians while TRACE will create awareness to sell our product in Nigeria.”
Managing Director TRACE Anglophone West Africa, Mr. Sam Onyemelukwe, described the partnership between TRACE and LG Electronics as a great one, noting that there is an aspect that makes it not just commercial but designed to bring great things to Africa.
He said with such a product, XBoom has a great sound system that is not just meant for events, noting that every household should have it to scale up their entertainment.
General Manager, Sales & Special Operations, TRACE, Bassey Aniefiok, said at the press briefing that the duration of the partnership was for six months and that during the period Nigerians would have the opportunity to win XBoom sound system when they follow TRACE on social media platforms.
Documents were later signed by both parties to seal up this partnership.
