A Federal High Court judge, Justice Abdul Dogo, Ondo State Division who was abducted by kidnappers on Tuesday has been freed.
It would be recalled that Justice Dogo was kidnapped alongside his driver five days ago by gunmen suspected to be kidnappers at Ibilo/Isua axis while on their way from Abuja to Akure.
One account claimed he was kidnapped in Ondo State, but sources said the kidnap actually occurred in Edo State.
He was reported to have been released from captivity around 2am on Saturday.
The judge was freed together with his driver.
Meanwhile, as at the time filing this report, it is yet to be ascertained whether ransom was paid following the initial demand of N50 million by his abductors
