A total of 12 people on Saturday were reportedly killed in a road accident that occurred at Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba Akoko (AAUA) in Ondo state.
Western Post gathered that some students of the university and some, pregnant woman and shop owners were crushed by a truck in the accident.
A truck was said to have lost control due to break failure and rammed into the open shops in the town. Our correspondent gathered that some students who were buying some food stuffs and some passersby were not spared.
Student of the institution, Miss Bolatito Arogundo confirmed the accident via telephone interview with Western Post.
