Mangos are here to stay for the next few months. It may surprise you to know that this beautiful fruit originated 4,000-plus years ago in the sub-Himalayan plains. Biologically, it’s a close relative of other plants like cashew and pistachio. It has been proven to be fresher than any other fruit in the world. Here are a few of its benefits…

Improved Sex:   Mango is a great source of Vitamin E. Even though the popular connection between sex drive and Vitamin E has been established, further researches have shown that balanced proper amount does help in this area.

Clears the Skin:  Mango can be used both internally and externally to enhance the skin. It clears clogged pores and eliminates pimples. Just blending up the mango and applying to the face is fast and easy. Mango contains beta-carotene, which is converted by your body to vitamin A. That and vitamin C are crucial to skin self-repair, experts say.

Mango Mud Mask: This has all the benefits of mango plus the exfoliating benefits of oatmeal and almonds. Rather, when eaten, mango helps resolve all skin problems including pimples. Extract the large pit or seed from green mango. You can eat this seed raw or cooked.
