Civil servants in Oyo State are threatening fire and brimstone over their unpaid salaries. The workers are being owed between three and four months. They say they will soon go on an indefinite strike until their salaries are paid. The workers in Oyo are also complaining that Governor Abiola Ajimobi had withdrawn the buses that used to take them to and from work. And in the middle of all these, the governor had travelled out of town. Governor Ajimobi first went for Umurah, lesser hajj, in Saudi Arabia, from there he later went to join President Buhari in the United States having ben listed as part of the president’s 33-man delegation to the US. President Buhari is back, but the governor is yet to return. Where is Governor Ajimobi?
