For about a year now, a video capturing where a lady is indiscriminately spraying money has been trending on the internet.
When the purported video first hit the virtual sphere, some individuals labeled the lady in it one of Governor Abiola Ajimobi’s daughters.
This allegation was addressed and reason prevailed as majority of the people who accessed the video then recognised and accepted that the image in the video did not have anything in common with any of the Ajimobi’s daughters, says Oyo State Information Commissioner Arulogun in a statement on Tuesday.
However, some social media comical actors have decided to bring back the video to cyber space and in their malicious intention, claimed the lady spraying with reckless abandon in the video is one of Senator Ajimobi’s daughters.
In the statement released by the state government, Arulogun said: “With all sense of responsibility, we write to categorically state that the lady in the video is not one of Ajimobi’s daughters.
“We urge those spreading this to desist from such.The true pictures of Ajimobi’s daughters can be sourced from the internet for comparison.
“There is a clear distinct.Kindly ignore the internet jokers”.
