Ondo State Governor Olusegun Mimiko may have suffered a major setback in his bid to make his protege and former Commissioner for Justice, Eyitayo Jegede, his successor as the Independent National Electoral Commission has named Mr. Jimoh Ibrahim, as the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for the November 26 governorship election in the state.
The commission also named Mr. Alabi Ebenezer Omotayo as his running mate.
